¿Qué significa que Norma Piña sea la primera mujer Presidenta de la SCJN?

Como estudiante de derecho de décimo semestre, el hecho de que una mujer haya llegado al cargo más alto al que un abogado o una abogada pueda aspirar es inspirador. 

Para mi, como para muchas personas este hecho es un paso muy importante en los logros que las mujeres hemos alcanzado en los últimos años, me hace creer ahora que ella lo ha logrado que yo también puedo lograr grandes cosas dentro de mi profesión y es además, muy satisfactorio que presida el máximo tribunal de la Nación una mujer cuyos pensamientos son acordes a los míos, que busca no sólo la justicia en general, sino que comprende la situación de las mujeres y es empática con dicha situación, por lo que busca desde el poder que le ha sido conferido controlar y/o erradicar la misma.

   Yo soy estudiante de derecho, trabajo en la procuración de justicia desde  un municipio de nuestro estado, soy mujer y feminista y desde mi posibilidades trato de ayudar a la personas, porque es mi objetivo y el motivo por el cual yo elegí mi carrera; aplicando además acciones afirmativas porque entiendo como son las circunstancias que vivimos las mujeres día con día, aplaudiendo lo logros que las mujeres alcanzamos a diario, porque valoro todos los pequeños logros de cada día, y este ahora es un  gran logro, un avance para nuestra historia en general, que implica que en nuestro país el máximo tribunal de justicia esta siendo presidido por una mujer ministra, lo cual inspira y me motiva a continuar avanzando y creciendo cada día, en lo personal y en lo profesional, porque ganamos todas y todas.

Este es un gran paso  para todas las mujeres de México.

    Cito textualmente a nuestra primera ministra presidenta:

“Al ser la primera mujer que preside este máximo tribunal, representó también a las mujeres. Me siento acompañada, respaldada por todas ellas y nosotras. Me siento muy fuerte, porque sé que estamos todas aquí demostrando que sí podemos. Agradezco a las que siempre han creído, a las que no se han cansado de luchar para arrinconar a nuestra cultura patriarcal, honro a las que ya no están.”

Que orgullo que una mujer con esta visión y esta ideología nos represente, deseo profundamente y sé que así será, que muchas mujeres: mis amigas, mis compañeras de escuela o de trabajo, podamos llegar a este nivel y cambiar el rumbo de nuestro país, por ahora, este hecho es un sumamente importante precedente en nuestro historia y más aún, parte de nuestro presente.
