Hace unos meses concluyó la 1er Clínica de Acompañamiento #NoNavegasSola de Cultivando Género, proyecto creado para formar acompañantes de violencia digital en materia jurídica, psicológica, social, alfabetización y seguridad digital. Las sesiones iniciaron en el mes de marzo y concluyeron en agosto del 2023 y fueron facilitadas por personas expertas que compartieron información sumamente valiosa, junto con recursos y herramientas de interés sobre cada tema.
A continuación, comparto algunos de los puntos que resonaron conmigo durante estas sesiones:
- Es sumamente importante conocer y distinguir los diversos tipos de violencia digital, nombrarlos, saber que podemos tomar acciones para prevenirlos y que hay diversas formas de enfrentarlos cuando alguno se presenta.
- Tener un directorio de organizaciones o instituciones aliadas con las cuales podamos trabajar en conjunto, además de involucrarnos en el conocimiento de las normas y procedimientos legales que se han generado en nuestros contextos con respecto a estos temas.
- Tener en cuenta que como acompañante, algunos de los puntos más importantes son estar presente y escuchar al otre.
- Poner atención en nuestro lenguaje verbal y no verbal al momento de hacer una entrevista de primer contacto y emplear el uso del concepto “persona receptora de violencia” en lugar de “víctima”.
- Reconocer que todas podemos ser personas receptoras de algún tipo de violencia, pero no es nuestra culpa y no estamos solas.
- Saber que con la gestión adecuada, el trabajo respetuoso y cercano de las personas involucradas en la organización de un proyecto como lo fue la Clínica es posible crear una comunidad, sin importar en qué lugar del mundo nos encontremos.
- Ser consciente que aún queda mucho por hacer, pero que colaborando, alzando la voz, denunciando o creando espacios seguros para el intercambio de experiencias, podemos lograr acciones que generen mayor impacto para el beneficio de todes.
