Estafas en “vacantes de trabajo para señoritas” por Internet

La imagen puede resultar de lo más común en las redes socio digitales, un cartel con la leyenda “Se solicita señorita para secretaria virtual e imagen pagos en dólares”, oferta atractiva para quien busca una oportunidad laboral en estos tiempos.

Desde hace años hemos avisado de este tipo de estafas desde los medios digitales, ofertas laborales que se anuncian como grandes oportunidades, en el fondo es violencia.

El anuncio anterior puede repetirse infinidad de veces, son atractivos y responden a una necesidad, la económica.

¿Qué hay detrás de este tipo de ofertas laborales?, engañar a personas jóvenes en especial mujeres jóvenes con oportunidades laborales para las que deben pasar una entrevista donde les piden que posen en ropa interior y desnudas. Nuestro cuerpo expuesto.

La estafa se da de forma sútil, en una primera lectura no brindan mucha información pero el cartel es “interesante” por lo que invita a preguntar más información.

Como se puede ver en las capturas de pantalla a las que Cultivando Género tuvo acceso por una persona que solicitó información sobre ese trabajo se puede leer como la persona estafadora entrega información poco a poco, el atractivo de la oportunidad se mantiene: horario -que permite estudiar, realizar otros trabajos- y el salario van primero, una entrevista y la entrega de todo (celular, ropa, apertura de cuenta, contrato por un año).

Y entonces viene la trampa, para la entrevista se necesita posar en ropa deportiva, interior y desvestida, y aunque el rostro no se verá, si la “figura”, “será breve la prueba de presencia 2 minutos”

En este caso la persona que preguntó pidió detalles sobre la entrevista, pero ¿qué pasaría si una chica solicitara una entrevista sin contar con la suficiente información y al conectarse al zoom le pidieran desvestirse?, claro que tenemos que hablar de las relaciones de poder, del miedo.

¿Por qué alertamos sobre este tipo de anuncios?

Lo hemos dicho infinidad de veces, el derecho a decidir sobre nuestros cuerpos implica también decidir cómo, desde dónde, con quién quiero captar y reproducir la imagen de mi cuerpo, es hablar de consentimiento, obligar a mujeres jóvenes que buscan una oportunidad laboral a posar denudas a cambio de un “buen trabajo” es una relación de poder y es violencia.

¿Cómo sabemos que la persona del otro lado de la pantalla no está grabando las imágenes?

¿Cuál será el uso que va a hacer de esas imágenes o vídeos?

¿Comercializará el contenido sin nuestro consentimiento?

Esa persona tendrá imágenes íntimas tuyas, así como información de contacto y sensible (depende de la información solicitada previamente), con esta información puede subir a plataformas el contenido íntimo proporcionado como fotos, vídeos, crear cuentas falsas utilizando la información de contacto. Claro que estamos hablando de violencia digital.

Aclaración: no estamos en contra del trabajo sexual y el uso de plataformas, todo debe ser desde el consentimiento y agencia de quien produce el contenido, pero nunca desde el engaño, intimidación, estafa.

Prevenir

1.- Al buscar oportunidades laborales, cerciórate que el anuncio este en un sitio confiable, LinkedIn, OCC y Computrabajo.

2.– Las empresas no contactan por redes sociales, casi siempre lo hacen desde plataformas dedicadas al tema.

3.- Investiga a la empresa, compañía o negocio antes de la entrevista –además te puede servir para tener más información de tus futuros empleadores-.

4.- Si encuentras el anuncio en redes sociales, revisa que tenga el contacto para mayor información.

5.- Si sospechas que la información es falsa o se trata de un engaño, no compartas ningún dato sensible o dato de contacto.

6.- Si la oferta laboral no tiene mucha información, pregunta todo antes de acudir a una entrevista.

7.- ¿Sospechas que la información es falsa?, ¿no te contestan?, ¿dan largas?, ¿responden otra cosa?, no acudas a esa entrevista y no des información.

Si vas a tener una entrevista de trabajo desde una plataforma virtual:

1.- Mantén la calma en todo momento.

2.- Conserva la cámara apagada hasta que la persona se presente y puedas verla.

3.- No des información sensible o personal.

En todo momento presta atención ¿cómo me siento?, ¿cómo me hace sentir esta petición?

5.- No cedas antes ninguna intimidación o petición de carácter sexual.

6.- Durante la entrevista de trabajo sin importar el giro de la empresa jamás deben pedirte cambios de ropa y menos que hagas los cambios frente a la cámara. Mucho menos deben condicionar tu entrevista o trabajo si no realizas desnudos frente a la cámara.

7.- Preguntamos a personas que se dedican al modelaje y nos comparte, en una entrevista para modelar pueden solicitarte:

-Fotos con ciertos tipos de vestimenta (depende del giro de la empresa)

-El book de tu experiencia modelando.

-Depende del trabajo de modelo es el tipo de fotos que te van a pedir, debes estar atenta a lo que te están pidiendo, preguntar y recuerda nunca sin tu consentimiento.

-Para modelajes muy específicos te van a pedir las medidas (eso dependerá de lo que busca la empresa)

-Para pasarelas te van a pedir ir directamente a una agencia y te dirán que tipo de vestimenta utilizar. No se realizan por videollamada y menos que no se vea el rostro.

8.- Si la persona insiste, en que debes desnudarte frente a la cámara pregunta el motivo de la petición y pide hablar con una persona de mayor rango dentro de la empresa.

9.- Si la persona insiste, cambia de pregunta, no responde, cuelga la video llamada.

10.- Si vas a acudir a un lugar presencial para la entrevista y modelar, pregunta la ubicación, revisa la zona y lugar, que la entrevista sea dentro del horario laboral. Avisa a personas de confianza a donde vas a ir, comparte tu ubicación cuando llegues y cuando termine la entrevista.

Recuerda que es importante reportar y denunciar el contenido dentro de las plataformas de redes socio digitales.

Si se hacen pasar por una empresa, envía las capturas de pantalla y conversación al área de recursos humanos.
