“Sino compartes te quedarás sola”, “Debes ser amable para que no te quedes sola”, “No andes sola; te va a pasar algo”, “No quiero quedarme sola”, y un sinfín de amenazas.  ¿Pero qué es la Soledad? Pues no se me ocurre nada certero más que ir al diccionario y buscar su significado. ¡Confío mucho en que la RAE nos vertebra los conceptos, los cuales hay que dinamitarlos, ya!

Significado #3: f (femenino) Pesar y melancolía que se sienten por la ausencia, muerte o pérdida de alguien o de algo.

¿Con cuál se queda usted?, de inmediato abajito, encontré una página de psicología dónde nos promete ayuda, pero en síntesis nos confirma las definiciones anteriores y nos indica un tratamiento considerando que si está en soledad también tiene un problema.

Entonces quise profundizar y me fijé en la etimología… ¿Pero saben qué? No me dijo nada más que “solitas” como ya sabemos las palabras vienen del señor latín y significa “cualidad de estar sin nadie más”, con lo cual mi entraña me preguntó ¿es todo? …y respondí mmm deja me veo, chequé otras páginas y coincidieron en que la “Soledad se define a partir de la, ¿adivinen qué?… Sí… Compañía…Si ya sé, otra fórmula binaria más. ¡¡Ok entonces me definen la palabra “Compañía” para decirme qué significa la Soledad…no pos guau!! Igual acepto porqué necesito avanzar. 

Ya me hace ruido porque supone que necesito de alguien más para no estar dentro de estas definiciones negativas, en femenino. Me queda claro que si no tengo quien me acompañé los objetivos de la palabra “compañía” no podrán satisfacer a la persona que soy.

La autonomía nos ofrece, placer, goce, creatividad, posibilidad, duda, meditación, reflexión, ocio. Dónde la acción se vuelve la palabra y la palabra acción. Uff, no veo por qué no dejar ya los mecanismos que nos privan estar al frente de nuestra historia. 

El temor a quedarnos solas en la vejez es el mismo que quedarnos sin afectos, sin amigas, amigos, familia, seguidores, etc. Aunque sabemos que la soledad es inherente al ser humano o en otras palabras “solas nacimos y solas quedaremos” y le agregaría  solas gozaremos y solas dudaremos, meditaremos reflexionaremos, disfrutaremos, etc. Todo lo anterior pareciera no tener suficiente peso para asumir que la soledad nos suma, que hay que recordarnos las millones de soledades de las cuales estamos rodeadas y convencernos de que es un estado del ser individuo y persona, sin embargo nos han convencido de que la soledad no es buena porque te hace, ser y parecer esos estereotipos que también nos han hecho creer que no tienen cabida en ningún círculo.

La Soledad es tiempo es espacio dónde nuestras cuerpos materiales y espirituales tienen experiencias únicas dónde existe la regeneración, reparación, diversión y bienestar. Ahí es el lugar dónde no acompañamos ni nos acompañan y nos hacemos fuertes, grandes, capaces de cubrir nuestras carencias, desechando la desolación que nos han dejado las invasiones del deber ser.
