#28S Aguascalientes: Saquen el 102 del Código Penal

En el marco del día internacional por la despenalización del aborto, mujeres organizadas de Aguascalientes le queremos recordar a las Instituciones, Gobierno entrante y tomadores de decisiones que:

– Es su obligación facilitar servicios amigables para la interrupción legal del embarazo en caso de violación de acuerdo con lo establecido en la NOM-046.

– Que tienen la obligación de contar con personal no objetor de conciencia.

– Que priorizar la criminalización y retardar el tiempo de atención de mujeres con emergencias obstétricas por sospecha de un aborto autoinducido es una violación grave al derecho al acceso a la salud

– Que la SCJN señaló que criminalizar el aborto es inconstitucional por lo que denunciar, judicializar y abrir carpetas de investigación contra mujeres que abortan es una violación grave a la Constitución.

– Que no modificar los códigos penales para despenalizar el aborto va en contra de lo recomendado por la SCJN y los tratados internacionales en materia de derechos sexuales y reproductivos. No están solas, acérquese a su colectiva feminista de confianza.

Las mujeres organizadas de Aguascalientes estamos y estaremos vigilando cualquier omisión a la NOM-046 e intento de criminalización a las mujeres que abortan y llevaremos los casos hasta las últimas consecuencias para que sean castigados.

A las mujeres y personas con capacidad de gestar les recordamos que el aborto por violación es su derecho y que pueden acceder a el sin presentar una denuncia penal. Recuerden también que abortar en casa de forma segura es posible usando 12 pastillas de misoprostol vía sublingual en dosis de 4 pastillas, cada tres horas.

Las mujeres organizadas de Aguascalientes estamos en la mejor disposición de escuchar y colaborar en la revisión de cualquier propuesta para que, desde lo legislativo o Institucional se garantice el aborto seguro para mujeres y personas con capacidad de gestar.
